We take extreme care in packaging. We use industry-standard cushioning, double-boxing for high-value ceramics, and eco-friendly materials whenever possible to ensure your treasures arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for one-of-a-kind items?
We offer a 14-day return window if an item arrives damaged or significantly different than described. Because our inventory consists of unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
